The solution is simple - an electronic version of a gift voucher for the purchase of goods at mycello.cz. You can buy it like any other product - put it in your basket, choose the payment method and send the order. Once payment is received, we will email you a link to download the gift voucher in PDF format, which you can print and give immediately after printing it.

Do you want a customized gift voucher with a different amount or personal message?

We can do that too! Choose the "customized" voucher option and then enter your requirements in the "Enter note for vendor" field in the last step of the order or send them to us by e-mail after you have placed your order. You can choose the amount and the text dedication that will be displayed on the gift voucher. A customized option means modifying the voucher, so it will take us a while, but no longer than one business day.

Use of the voucher by the gift recipient:

The gift voucher is intended to be used to pay for a purchase on mycello.cz, where it can be redeemed when shopping in the e-shop, for any item from the range offered. If you have a gift voucher, you simply place the goods you want to pay for with the voucher in your basket and in the first step of creating your order in the bottom left part of the basket, tick the "I have a discount code" checkbox and insert the gift voucher code in the "Insert discount coupon" field. The price of the selected item will then be reduced by the value of the gift voucher. Easy, right?

Conditions of use:

1. The value indicated on the voucher will be deducted from the price of your purchase in the online store at eshop.mycello.cz.
2. The voucher is not exchangeable for money. The voucher is not redeemable for cash. The value of the voucher can only be redeemed with a single purchase.
3. In the case of goods for the purchase of which the gift voucher was redeemed, you may be refunded (in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or in the event of a legitimate claim) by means of a replacement gift voucher or by creating an adequate credit for the purchase of other goods.
4. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which the voucher becomes invalid.
5. Please contact us for detailed information on how to proceed with redeeming a voucher when purchasing through the e-shop.
6. By downloading the voucher and displaying the code you agree to the terms and conditions for using the voucher.
7. Once the code has been used to pay for a purchase on eshop.mycello.cz, the voucher becomes invalid.
8. The purchase of goods is subject to the current Terms and Conditions of Sensio.cz s.r.o.
9. The voucher cannot be replaced in case of loss.
